Unfortunately, in most cases this energy remains unused or even causes additional energy consumption for cooling. Our heat recovery systems make use of thermal energy released in processes and noticeably increase cost efficiency &#8211; even with small differences in temperature levels.<\/p><p>We start by identifying the potential for recoverable energy in your company. For this purpose, the production environment and existing plants must be analyzed in detail. We then use the findings to design a heat recovery system that is optimally tailored to your operation. Currently, plant sizes from 50 up to 250 kW are feasible. The operating costs are extremely low for all sizes and our plants pay for themselves within a very short time, depending on the recovery volume.<\/p><h2>Fields of application for systems for industrial waste heat recovery<\/h2><ul><li>Refrigerating machines<\/li><li>Air compressors<\/li><li>Recooling systems<\/li><li>Ventilation systems<\/li><li>Exhaust air systems<\/li><\/ul><h3>Attractive heat recovery system subsidies and grants for sustainable energy use<\/h3><p>In addition to the economic benefits of using an energy recovery system, such systems also make an active contribution to environmental protection: if, for example, a large proportion of the heating energy is recovered via process waste heat, the CO2 emissions are also significantly reduced along with the gas savings. Both the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union are committed to sustainable energy in companies and encourage the use of new technologies to reduce emissions.<\/p><p>As a result, government subsidies such as the BAFA subsidy are available for the use of efficient heat recovery systems. We will be happy to advise you on the possibilities of heat recovery and also support you in applying for subsidies.
