REFRIGERATION DRYER COOLING

Operation of the refrigeration dryers should also be ensured for midsummer: For production with injection molding machines, the plant needs a lot of compressed air, which must be dried with refrigeration dryers. The waste heat from the refrigeration machines that lingers in the equipment room heats the temperature up to 45 °C in summer, which brings the refrigeration machines to their performance limits.

To ensure that operations are maintained, we converted two chillers to water cooling and connected them to the system. A closed recooling system supplies the refrigeration dryers with 35-40 °C all year round. In the future, further refrigeration dryers are to be connected to this system.
