HEATING OF A NEW BUILDING
PHARMACEUTICAL PRINTING DRUCKHAUS SEIBERT, OSTHOFEN
The print shop has built a production hall for its new press. The printing press is operated in 2 shifts. We have designed the following system to heat the hall: A centrally installed 2,000 liter storage tank collects the waste heat from our re-cooling system. By overcharging the storage tank, the heat can be used at night without additional heating, while the installed gas boiler is only switched on at weekends when required. Thus, by using the waste heat from the press, we help cover up to 90 % of the hall’s heating requirements.
