Vacuum and blast air systems

Our holistic and versatile range of refrigeration, ventilation and energy solutions includes vacuum and blast air systems that can help accelerate your process in certain areas. Our vacuum pumps and vacuum ejectors are primarily based on patented COAX® technology. This is an advanced solution that uses compressed air to create a vacuum. The components are smaller and more efficient than conventional ejectors, enabling the development of space-saving, flexible vacuum systems. Higher vacuum flow can increase process speed while consuming less energy. The systems are perfect for retrofitting and integration into existing processes. Based on your individual requirements, we can easily put together a suitable vacuum and blast air unit for you.

Vacuum and blast air generation via injector principle

  • Pressure stage for vacuum up to -0.9 bar
  • Pressure stage for blast air up to 1.4 bar
  • Air volume output variable depending on configuration
  • Efficient COAX® principle for compressed air nozzles

Application examples for our vacuum systems

  • Printing machines
  • Saddle stitchers
  • Folding machines
  • Wood processing machines
  • Packaging machines
  • Foil and paper making machines

Advantages of individually matched COAX® vacuum and blast air systems

  • Very low air consumption
  • Very low maintenance costs
  • High availability of injectors
  • Modular design without moving parts
  • Takes up hardly any production space
  • Low vibration and noise emission
  • Reduction of static charge compared to electric fan pumps
  • No heat emission in the room, energy saving with less need for air conditioning
  • Up to 70 % of compressed air energy used can be recovered

Suction air and blast air systems – perfectly matched to your process

Suction air and blast air can mean an ideal plus in efficiency, for example, in the automation of material transport. We tailor all components to your individual requirements and integrate the vacuum system. In many cases, the waste heat generated can be recovered by heat recovery systems. As an economical and relatively quiet system, vacuum systems with the COAX® injector principle are often retrofitted to replace electric blower pumps. Low operating temperatures reduce both the increased cooling requirements of conventional electric pumps and the static charge associated with the temperature gradient.
